the number of accidents that resulted from drivers turning left without due care increased 10 percent to 608, which is highlighted on the first row of the table. accidents related drivers driving under the influence of alcohol enjoyed the greatest rise, a 15 percent rise. in comparison, those pedestrians who cross roads carelessly also led to 401 accidents. by analyzing these factors displayed in the diagram, we may draw the conclusion that both drivers and pedestrians have little respect for traffic regulations。
